As of March 1, 2024, Gianluigi Aponte was the wealthiest person in Switzerland, with an estimated net worth of 29.7  billion U.S. dollars, followed by Rafaela Aponte- Diamant(No. 2, $29.7 billion), Ernesto Bertarelli (No. 3, $9.5 billion), and Guillaume Pousaz (No. 4, $7.8 billion).

Ivan Glasenberg is the fifth-richest person in Switzerland, with a whopping $7.8 billion.  Thomas Schmidheiny ranked 6th with a personal wealth of $6.8 billion, followed by Magdalena Martullo-Blocher with $6.4 billion. Rahel Blocher is placed 8th with a net worth of $6.3 billion. Rudolf Maag ($5.9 billion) occupied the 9th position among the top 10 wealthiest people in Switzerland.
