As of February 28, 2024, Gianluigi Aponte was the wealthiest person in Switzerland, with an estimated net worth of 29.7  billion U.S. dollars, followed by Rafaela Aponte-Diamant (No. 2, $29.7 billion), Ernesto Bertarelli (No. 3, $9.5 billion); and Ivan Glasenberg (No. 4, $7.7 billion).

Guillaume Pousaz is the fifth-richest person in Switzerland, with a whopping $7.2 billion.  Thomas Schmidheiny ranked 6th with a personal wealth of $6.7 billion, followed by Magdalena Martullo-Blocher with $6.4 billion.
