Enerflex Welcomes Preet Dhindsa as Senior Vice President and CFO
Enerflex Ltd. (TSX: EFX) (NYSE: EFXT) has officially appointed Mr. Preet Dhindsa as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective March 1, 2024. Dhindsa, who has been serving as the interim CFO since October 13, 2023, brings with him over 25 years of extensive financial leadership experience.
Prior to his tenure at Enerflex, Dhindsa served as the Executive Vice President and CFO at ENMAX Corporation, overseeing finance and IT operations across North America. His impressive career trajectory includes roles such as CFO and Chief Administrative Officer at AMP (OTC: AMLTF) Energy, and Senior Vice President & CFO, Global Banking & Markets at Scotiabank, where he managed international finance teams and regulatory relationships across diverse regions.
Mr. Dhindsa expressed his dedication to advancing Enerflex’s global strategy, emphasizing the goals of improving business profitability and generating sustainable free cash flow. He underscored the company’s diverse global presence and its pivotal role in driving the energy transition, citing these factors as key motivators for joining Enerflex.
