Jane Kielty Becomes UK CEO at Aon

Aon, the global professional services firm, has named Jane Kielty as its new UK Chief Executive Officer. In her new position within Aon, Kielty will join the EMEA Leadership Team and report to Julie Page, CEO of EMEA.

Kielty has been associated with Aon since 2005, holding various positions within the company. She rose to become the Chief Commercial Officer in 2021 and subsequently took on the role of head of Commercial Risk UK. Aon highlighted her instrumental role in ensuring the consistent delivery of top-notch service to clients and the market.

In addition to her roles at Aon, Kielty has served as the Deputy Chair of the British Insurance Brokers Association and chaired the Insurance Broking Standards Committee since the previous year.

Julie Page expressed confidence in Kielty’s leadership capabilities, while Aon emphasized that Kielty’s robust leadership background within the organization equips her well to drive the company’s growth plans in the UK.
