Ruiz Food Elevates Kimberly Carroll to Serve as President and CEO

Ruiz Food Products, Inc. has announced the promotion of Kimberly Carroll to the roles of President and Chief Executive Officer, effective from January 21, along with her induction as a new member of the Board of Directors. The current CEO, Dan Antonelli, will transition to a position within the Executive Board.

The company also confirmed that Kim Ruiz Beck, its current owner and Board Chair, will maintain her position on the Board as an owner-director.

Carroll, who previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of Ruiz Food since September 2023, brings a wealth of experience from various roles within the company’s food service and retail divisions, including Executive Vice President, General Manager, and Chief Commercial Officer.

Expressing her gratitude for the opportunity, Carroll stated that she feels privileged to lead one of the premier family-owned companies in America.
