AllianceBernstein L.P. (AB) has announced the appointment of Jackie Marks as the Chief Financial Officer, effective March 1, 2024.
In her new role, Ms. Marks will lead AB’s Finance team. She will report directly to President and CEO Seth Bernstein and collaborate closely with Mr. Bernstein and Chief Operating Officer Karl Sprules.
Based in Nashville with AB’s Finance team, Ms. Marks will become part of both the Operating Committee and the CEO’s leadership team. She will succeed interim CFO Bill Siemers, who will continue contributing to the firm as a Senior Advisor.
Ms. Marks joins AB from Condé Nast Publications, where she held the role of CFO. With over two decades of experience, she brings a strong background in fostering growth and implementing robust controls across diverse and dynamic operational landscapes.
