TricorBraun Names Scott Jamroz as its CFO

TricorBraun has named Scott Jamroz as its Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. In his new role, Jamroz oversees the global finance function and is responsible for steering the company’s overall financial strategy. He reports directly to TricorBraun President and CEO Court Carruthers. Jamroz assumes the CFO role from interim CFO Brandi Mathews.

With a workforce of over 2,000 packaging professionals across more than 100 locations spanning the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Australia, TricorBraun is dedicated to delivering innovative packaging solutions.

Carruthers expressed enthusiasm about Jamroz’s appointment, citing his extensive financial leadership experience in customer-focused B2B organizations, along with his expertise in mergers and acquisitions, as an excellent fit for TricorBraun’s ongoing growth plans. He highlighted the value of Jamroz’s experience and collaborative leadership style in serving customers and fostering an exceptional work environment.

With over two decades of financial expertise, Jamroz previously held the CFO position at United Site Services and served in similar roles at BlueLine Rental and within General Electric’s Oil & Gas Pressure Control division. His career began at General Electric, where he gained comprehensive finance experience across various industries.

Carruthers commended Mathews for her contributions during her 18-month tenure as interim CFO and expressed anticipation for her impact in her new position as CFO of North America. He praised Mathews as an outstanding leader within the team. Both Jamroz and Mathews are integral members of TricorBraun’s Executive Leadership Team.
