As of December 08, 2023, Andrey Melnichenko was the wealthiest person in Russia, with an estimated net worth of 24.9 billion U.S. dollars, followed by Vladimir Lisin (No. 2, $24.8 billion), Leonid Mikhelson (No. 3, $24.1 billion); and Vagit Alekperov (No. 4, $23.7 billion).

Vladimir Potanin is the fifth-richest person in Russia, with a whopping $22.3 billion. Alexey Mordashov ranked 6th with a personal wealth of $21.1 billion, followed by Gennady Timchenko with $20.8 billion. Alisher Usmanov is placed 8th with a net worth of $14.4 billion. Mikhail Fridman ($12.8 billion) occupied the 9th position among the top 10 wealthiest people in Russia.
