1E Hires Iveta Cabajova as CFO & COO

Iveta Cabajova joins 1E as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, strengthening the executive leadership team. Trusted by more than 500 organizations across 42 countries, 1E specializes in improving the Digital Employee Experience (DEX).

With over 15 years in the observability and cloud solutions industries, Cabajova served as CFO and COO at ITRS, a prominent observability market leader since 2019. Her leadership contributed significantly to the financial and operational foundations of ITRS, fostering growth and profitability.

Before her tenure at ITRS, Cabajova held pivotal roles at tech companies Agilisys and Unit 4, both backed by private equity. Additionally, she is a founding member of SheSaaS, a non-profit platform supporting women in the private equity software domain.

Cabajova shares her excitement about joining the 1E team, acknowledging the company’s distinction in the autonomous IT platform realm and its rapid growth as a DEX player. She looks forward to contributing to 1E’s mission of alleviating digital friction for both customers and partners.
