Zaadnoordijk Succeeds Kees-Jan Mes as Radio Holland CEO
Radio Holland Group, a division of the Pon Group, has named Sven Zaadnoordijk as its incoming CEO, effective from January 1, 2024. Zaadnoordijk will succeed Kees-Jan Mes, who guided the group through a significant transformation in recent years.
Zaadnoordijk has been associated with the group since 2012, bringing extensive experience in the maritime sector. He held roles as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Regional Director for Asia and the Americas, with assignments spanning various countries such as The Netherlands, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the USA.
“During the strategic development phase in 2020, Sven Zaadnoordijk played a pivotal role in streamlining global processes and re-establishing Radio Holland’s presence in the market. His unwavering focus on ensuring a seamless customer journey, fostering customer loyalty, enhancing employee engagement, and managing group financials contributed significantly. Today, owing to the collective efforts and adaptability of the Radio Holland team, the company has once again emerged as a leader in the maritime navigation and communication industry,” mentioned Kees-Jan Mes.
