Brainlabs Appoints Agnieszka Kosik as the CEO for its operations in Poland

Brainlabs, a data-driven digital marketing agency, has appointed Agnieszka Kosik as the Chief Executive Officer for its operations in Poland.

Agnieszka Kosik, previously with Meta as the Head of Poland for over three years, brings her experience as the former CEO of MediaCom Poland and her tenure in managing director positions at Maxus (now Wavemaker) and OMD Poland.

In her new capacity, Kosik is entrusted with the rapid development of Brainlabs’ brand and operations in Poland, with plans to extend this scope to encompass Central and Eastern Europe in the following year.

Stephen Allan, Executive Chairman, sees Kosik’s appointment as a pivotal moment in Brainlabs’ growth trajectory, marking the official launch of operations in Poland, a significant gateway to the entire CEE region. Allan commends Poland for its exceptional talent, highlighting Kosik as a prime example.

The company utilizes customer data to devise audience strategies aimed at ensuring sustained long-term growth, leveraging its Cortex tech platform. Cortex incorporates trend prediction among its features, while the firm’s expertise spans planning, media, data, technology, and user experience.

Recently, Brainlabs received substantial investment from private equity firm Falfurrias Capital Partners, intended to fuel its global expansion plans, including the establishment of hubs in additional markets across Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America.
