Leidos Promotes Rachel Willard to Vice President of Finance VP and CFO at Dynetics
Rachel Willard, previously serving as the director of program finance and business transformation at Leidos (NYSE: LDOS), has been appointed as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Dynetics, as per a recent announcement on LinkedIn.
Before her tenure at Leidos, spanning from August 2016, Willard held progressive roles for nearly twenty years at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT). Her roles included serving as a functional project lead for the Hyperion Project within the information systems and global solutions business unit, which later merged with Leidos in 2016.
In her new role, she will be responsible for supervising various financial management functions within the company’s recently established manufacturing segment. This includes overseeing rate development and maintenance, accounting procedures, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of results.
Willard initially joined Leidos in August 2016, taking on the role of principal, where she oversaw the corporate financial planning and analysis of business architecture within the defense contractor.
