The most noteworthy element of Comparably’s latest employee reviews rankings is the importance of having excellent colleagues, a shared characteristic of the top businesses featured on the list.

The California-based HR tech Workday has secured the top ranking this year, where employees rated their workplace happiness at 91 out of 100. A review at Workday emphasizes the positive company culture, highlighting support, encouragement, and genuine happiness for colleagues’ growth, development, and victories. Came in second position Topgolf, followed by Uber in third.

At Topgolf, an employee claimed that the most pleasing aspect of their job was the positive connections with colleagues, while for Uber, an employee stated that their colleagues are what makes them happiest in the workplace.

It is noteworthy that the top 100 happiest companies list for 2023 has seen a sustained decrease in the presence of top tech giants such as Meta, Google, and Microsoft, even if Amazon has been absent from this list for several years.
