Remantra Sheopaul Named CFO of Bluesky Digital Assets Corp.

Bluesky Digital Assets Corp. (CSE: BTC) (OTCQB: BTCWF) has announced the appointment of Mr. Remantra Sheopaul as its Chief Financial Officer.

Bluesky Digital Assets Corp. has established a digital enterprise that combines Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Web3 business solutions. The Corporation has announced that it has settled a combined total of $500,000 CAD in debt by issuing 10,000,000 Common Shares and an additional $37,200 CAD in debt by issuing 930,000 Common Shares.

Mr. Sheopaul is currently associated with Marrelli Support Services Inc. (MSSI), a company that offers CFO services, accounting, regulatory compliance, and management advisory services to various issuers on the Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange, and other Canadian and U.S. exchanges. He is known for his commitment to building strong client relationships and understanding and addressing their specific needs.

Mr. Sheopaul has a track record of involvement in initial public offerings, analyzing complex accounting transactions, and assisting both private and public clients in matters related to IFRS disclosure and compliance. Before joining MSSI, he worked for a public accounting firm in Toronto for several years, with three of those years spent managing audits for medium-sized TSX Venture clients, including junior mining companies and real estate investment trusts in Canada and the United States.
