Enviro Systems’ CFO Staffan Kullberg to Step Down
Staffan Kullberg, who has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Scandinavian Enviro Systems since September 2022, has notified the Swedish pyrolysis tire recycling specialist of his intention to leave Enviro in order to accept a position at a company in his hometown of Stockholm. Mr. Kullberg will continue in his current role at Enviro until after the release of the third-quarter report, scheduled for November 23.
Scandinavian Enviro Systems plays a significant role in improving environmental and economic sustainability through its patented technology for recovering valuable raw materials from discarded and end-of-life products, including tires. The use of carbon black recovered with Enviro’s technology in the production of new tires reduces carbon dioxide emissions by as much as 93% compared to the use of virgin carbon black. Enviro is headquartered in Gothenburg and operates a tire recycling plant in Åsensbruk. The largest shareholder is the French tire manufacturer Michelin. Enviro was established in 2001 and is listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
