Chi Nguyen Becomes CFO of Insight Global

Insight Global has appointed Chi Nguyen as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective from October 16. Nguyen takes over the role from Michael Lewis, who recently retired after a remarkable 15-year tenure with the company.

With more than 27 years of experience in finance, including 11 years as a CFO, Chi Nguyen brings a wealth of expertise to her new position. Her most recent role was as a Senior Operating Executive and Advisor at Cerberus Operations & Advisory Co. Prior to that, she served as the CFO at EmployBridge.

In addition to her professional roles, Nguyen also serves on the advisory board of Sacred Cow Co., a consulting firm that specializes in providing business solutions based on behavioral science.

Insight Global CEO Bert Bean expressed his enthusiasm for Nguyen joining the team, emphasizing the importance of her alignment with the company’s culture. Her ability to collaborate, connect, and drive teams forward is expected to significantly contribute to Insight Global’s growth.

Reflecting on her decision to join Insight Global, Nguyen mentioned, “When I joined EmployBridge in 2018, Insight Global stood out as an industry standard on growth. Five years later, it was an obvious ‘yes’ to join as CFO after spending time with the incredible leadership team and learning about what it means to be part of Insight Global.”

In her role as CFO, Nguyen will report to Bert Bean and will be responsible for overseeing various financial aspects of Insight Global, including accounting and controllership, financial planning and analysis, tax, investor relations, internal audit, and treasury.
