KKR & Co. announced that it has appointed Kimberly Ross, the former Chief Financial Officer of office-sharing startup WeWork, to the company’s board as an Independent Director.
Kimberly Ross, who also held the position of CFO at oilfield technology company Baker Hughes, currently serves on the boards of Northrop Grumman and Cigna.
KKR has been focused on recovering from the turbulent market conditions that affected several asset managers last year. In its latest quarterly earnings report, the company revealed a profit decline that was milder than expected.
