Enviri Corporation Appoints Tom Vadaketh as Senior Vice President and CFO

Enviri Corporation (NYSE: NVRI), headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has announced the appointment of Tom Vadaketh as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective from October 16, 2023. Mr. Vadaketh will succeed Pete Minan, who previously announced his retirement and has been serving as the Interim CFO.

Vadaketh brings over 30 years of financial experience to Enviri, having most recently served as CFO of Bausch Health, a prominent pharmaceutical and medical aesthetics company with a $4.5 billion market value. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche and held senior financial positions in various countries at Procter & Gamble and Tyco International. Mr. Vadaketh has also served as CFO for several public and private businesses.

Vadaketh is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Certified Public Accountant in the United States. He holds an MBA from the University of Manchester (UK).
