Current CFO of Bausch Health, Tom Vadaketh Resigns

Bausch Health Companies Inc. (NYSE/TSX: BHC) has announced the resignation of Chief Financial Officer Tom Vadaketh. Vadaketh has chosen to pursue another opportunity and will officially depart from the Company on October 13, 2023. The Company expresses its appreciation to Mr. Vadaketh for his significant contributions and leadership during a period of transition.

The Company has initiated a formal search process to identify a permanent replacement for Mr. Vadaketh. In case a permanent replacement is not secured by the time of Mr. Vadaketh’s departure, the Company plans to appoint John S. Barresi, who currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer, as interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Barresi boasts over 15 years of experience as a corporate finance executive.
