Diversified Energy Company CFO Eric Williams Resigns

Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE: DEC, OTCQX: DECPF) has announced the resignation of Eric Williams, the Chief Financial Officer, as he pursues new professional opportunities. Williams will remain with the company until the end of September 2023 to facilitate a seamless transition of leadership.
In light of this change, Brad Gray, who currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer, will assume the role of CFO immediately, according to DEC’s statement.
Rusty Hutson, the Chief Executive, expressed his gratitude, saying, “On behalf of the entire Diversified team, I would like to thank Eric for his contributions over the last six years. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to promote and place Brad into the role of CFO, who has a deep understanding of Diversified, having also previously held the CFO position at the company.”
As part of these management adjustments, Brad Gray has stepped down from the board of directors due to his new role. In addition, Maverick Bentley, currently Senior Vice President (SVP) of Midstream Operations, has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President of Operations. Benjamin Sullivan, who currently serves as General Counsel, has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Legal & Risk Officer. Lastly, Ron Ridgway, the Senior Vice President of Energy Marketing, has been elevated to the position of Executive Vice President.
