20 billionaires who lost the most money in 2023 ranked

In the current global economic crisis, some of the world’s wealthiest, people, such as Gautam Adani, Carl Icahn, and Zhang Yiming have endured a collective loss of over $10 billion in their net worth. But, who’s been the most affected?

Gautam Adani suffered a massive loss of $55.4 billion in net worth, thus pushing him outside the top 10 richest people in the world. Adani had a fortune of approximately $150 billion at the peak of his wealth (20th September 2022). Similarly, Carl Icahn experienced a loss of $16.7 billion, and Zhang Yiming’s wealth decreased by $12.6 billion. Here’s a rundown of the top 20 billionaires who have lost the most so far this year.
