Arnav Jain is the new CFO of Bectors Food

Mrs Bectors Food Speciality company announced the appointment of Arnav Jain as its Chief Financial Officer following the company’s board meeting on September 4. In a regulatory filing, the company stated, “As recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Board has appointed Mr. Arnav Jain as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 11.08.2023.”

Arnav Jain will take charge of the finance function, bringing over 18 years of experience in various industries, including FMCG, telecom, paint, and consumer durables. His expertise encompasses areas such as Business Finance, Controls, Treasury, and P&L Responsibility. Prior to joining Mrs Bectors, he held positions at Akzo Nobel, Phillips, Nokia, Pepsi, Bharti Airtel, and Britannia Industries.

Arnav Jain will succeed Parveen Kumar Goel as the Chief Financial Officer. Kumar has been a board member at the company since 2008. The biscuit manufacturer also announced that its Annual General Meeting will take place on September 29.

Over the last six months, Mrs Bectors Food’s share price has nearly doubled, yielding a return of nearly 100%.
