Todd Fister Succeeds Ken Parks in the role of CFO at Owens Corning
Owens Corning (NYSE: OC), a global leader in building and construction materials, has announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Ken Parks, will be stepping down from his role effective September 15 in order to pursue a different professional opportunity.
Taking over from Mr. Parks as CFO on September 15 will be Todd Fister, who has been serving as the President of the company’s global Insulation business since 2019.
Established in 1938 and headquartered in Toledo, Ohio, USA, the company involves approximately 19,000 employees in 31 countries. The Chair and Chief Executive Officer Brian Chambers expressed his gratitude towards Ken Parks for his contributions to the company over the past three years. He acknowledged the strengthening of the global finance team under Parks’ leadership and the consistent achievement of financial targets in alignment with the enterprise strategy.
Mr. Fister’s background includes positions such as Vice President of Global Insulation and Strategy, Managing Director for Global Foamglas and Europe Insulation, as well as leadership in over $1.5 billion worth of M&A activities during his time at the company. Prior to joining Owens Corning in 2014, he held roles at MeadWestvaco (now WestRock) and Kimberly-Clark.
