Golf is an exciting sport attracting more and more fans every year. Golf lovers will find their own paradise in the destinations mentioned in this article. 

  1. Pebble Beach Golf Links
    It is a public golf course in Pebble Beach, California, on the west coast of the United States. It hugs the craggy coastline and boasts wide open views of Carmel Bay, which opens to the Pacific Ocean on the south side of the Monterey Peninsula. It is widely recognized as one of the most beautiful courses in the world. It was the first public course to be named Golf Digest’s No. 1 Golf Course in America in 2001. 
  2. Old Course at St Andrew’s
    It is considered the oldest golf course. This is a public course in St Andrews, Fife, Scotland. You may have heard it as the “golfing grounds” of St Andrews. After the New Course was opened in 1895, it became known as the Old Course. 
  3. Carne – North West Ireland
    It is the world’s largest Runescape, with dunes that rise about 500 feet above sea level in a random burst of sandhills. With tees and greens lying high or low at the foot of enormous dunes, it swells with muscle, intrigue, and entertainment. Eddie Hackett, a prominent Irish architect, constructed the initial 18 holes, which opened for play in 1995. 
  4. Pinehurst No. 2- North Carolina
    Pinehurst Resort’s centerpiece is one of the world’s most renowned golf courses. It has hosted single golf championships in the United States, and in 2014, it hosted back-to-back US Open and US Women’s Open Championships for the first time. It will hold championships in 2024, 2029, 2035, 2041, and 2047, making it the first US Open anchor site. 
  5. Australian Sandbelt
    The sandbelt region of Melbourne is home to a fantastic collection of golf courses that exemplify the golden age of golf design. These top-rated courses are situated on golf-friendly soil in the southeast suburbs, and they’re all within walking distance of each other. All of the sandbelt clubs are private.

  8. Northern Michigan
    Few golf destinations can equal the variety found in Northern Michigan, which has roughly two dozen courses depending on how far you’re prepared to go, including a collection of multi-course resorts, such as Boyne’s three estates. The elevated tee shot the capital of American golf, with rolling hills and hardwood forests. 
  9. New Zealand
    It’s a fantastic golf destination. It is home to some of the top golf courses in the world. For golfers from all over the world, it should be a must-see destination. With a new golf course around every corner, New Zealand stands out from other countries regarding accessibility. Within a few hours, you can go from mountainous areas to idyllic beachfront spots. It’s no surprise that golf is the most popular sport in New Zealand, with both men and women participating. 
  10. Augusta National Golf Club
    Augusta National Golf Club is a golf club in Augusta, Georgia, United States. The course was built by Jones and Alister MacKenzie and opened for play in 1932 after being founded by Bobby Jones and Clifford Roberts. The Masters Tournament, one of four men’s major championships in professional golf, has been held at the club every year since 1934.
