CEO Spotlight: Bhaktraj Singh, CEO of Hazelton Group

Bhaktraj Singh

Bhaktraj Singh is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of experience across various industries in Canada. He currently serves as the CEO of Hazelton Group, a company specializing in mid-rise residential condominium projects.

Aside from his role at Hazelton Group, Bhaktraj Singh is involved in the technology sector and is preparing to launch a Tokenized Asset Offering under Digital Block, a security token offering platform based on ERC 20 tokens. He is also passionate about developing Alzheimer’s residences and is planning the construction of specialized Alzheimer’s residences in Burlington, Ontario, with his company Adora

A leader in the real estate industry with a successful track record of leading multiple businesses, Singh has extensive experience in project management and has a passion for using technology to drive innovation in the industry.

Today, we spoke with him to discuss his experience in business and his passions.

What inspired you to create Hazelton group?

Bhaktraj Singh: To put it simply, I wanted to fill a gap in the market. My company specializes in the development of mid-rise residential condominiums. Not to mention I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit, I’ve founded and managed many companies during the years, including Hazelton Group. I manage every single aspect of the company, from hiring architects and consultants, to acquiring the land, development management, marketing & sales, overseeing construction, and registration. I find it incredibly rewarding.

How do you manage multiple businesses?

Bhaktraj Singh: I prioritize my time and focus on the most critical tasks that require my attention. I delegate responsibilities to competent individuals and empower them to make decisions that align with overall business objectives. I also use project management software to track progress. This helps me to avoid any oversights and manage multiple projects simultaneously. I also ensure that I have clear communication channels with each business team.

What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?

Bhaktraj Singh: I have always been passionate about innovation and creating solutions to problems. As an entrepreneur, I can bring my ideas to life and create a positive impact on the world. I’ve always been inspired by successful entrepreneurs who have made a significant impact on society. Their success stories motivated me to pursue my dreams and make my own mark on the world.

Why do you feel it’s so important to build Alzheimer’s residences?

Bhaktraj Singh: The answer to this is both simple and complex. Building Alzheimer’s residences is crucial because it provides specialized care for individuals struggling with Alzheimer’s disease. Alzheimer’s is a growing public health concern, with many families struggling to care for their loved ones. By building specialized residences, I have the opportunity to offer a safe and supportive environment for those suffering from Alzheimer’s and allow them to live and receive the care that they need. I like the idea of being able to provide peace of mind to families who may not have the resources or capacity to care for their loved ones with Alzheimer’s. Knowing their loved ones are receiving quality care in a safe environment can relieve them of that stress. That’s my ultimate goal.
