Best Snow Parks In The World

Snow Parks are not only fun, but they are an ideal way to beat the red-hot sun. Irrespective of where you reside, there are tons of such fun destinations around the world where you can play with real snow. Here are some of the best snow parks in the world to visit with your families and make your trip memorable.

  1. Ski Dubai – United Arab Emirates
Whenever we picture the UAE, all we think of are deserts and dunes. However, when you are in Ski Dubai, the environment there will change from Arabia to Austria. The park has five ski runs where you can do sledding or bounce around in the ginormous inflatable zorb balls. This location also has evergreen trees, a café serving mugs of hot cocoa, and real penguins, which are a major attraction source.

  2. Snow City – Singapore
Since the tropical city-state of Singapore is about 70 miles from the equator, the city does not witness any snow. But with Snow City, you can enjoy zero temperatures and ice. The destination has more than 155 tons of snow, where families can enjoy, ride a bumper car or an igloo, and experience the giant snow slide. The park has a specialized snow gun that atomizes water, which is frozen by liquid nitrogen, into snowflakes.

  3. AlpinCenter – Germany
Situated near Germany’s border with the Netherlands, the AlpinCenter comprises the world’s largest indoor run, estimated to be about 2,100 feet long. The park also features a summer toboggan track, the “Highest Biergarten Of The Ruhr Area,” and indoor skydiving. Even though it is a snow park, it is designed in a way that looks like a snake slithering along the hillside.

  4. Wands Indoor Ski And Winter Sports Resorts – China
Located in the chilliest city in China, the Wanda Indoor Ski and Winter Sports Resorts are often touted as one of the largest in the world. Inaugurated in 2017 by one of the richest developers in China, the resort spreads across 860,000 sqft in area. Visitors can opt for lessons, ride an indoor chairlift, and have fun in the giant snow castle.

  5. The Snow Centre – United Kingdom
The Snow Centre in England has been featured in the United Kingdom’s celebrity reality show “The Jump.” This snow park has terrains for freestylers, a broad sliding and sledding area for kids, and a wide lesson slope. After skiing, you can take refuge at the alpine-styled lodge, which overlooks the piste, and relax with a schnitzel and a pint.

  6. Snow Planet – New Zealand
If you visit New Zealand during the summers, do not forget to visit the Snow Planet, where you can snowboard or ski inside the 860,000 sqft snow park. There are slopes for beginners and terrain parks where you can enjoy the ice to the fullest. For children, there is a winter wonderland faux alpine village where children and adults can build a snowman, have snowball fights or do tobogganing. It is the best place for those craving Christmas vibes in summer.

  7. SnowWorld – Netherlands
Since the Netherlands is the flattest country in Europe, it has one of the biggest indoor ski centers in the world. SnowWorld has chairlifts and five slopes open till 11 pm, where you can continue to ski under the bright stadium lights. After spending a day at the park, do not forget to visit the park’s five restaurants. SnowWorld also has an attached hotel, so you don’t have to go far to rest after a day full of fun.
