The Gold Coast is a popular coastal city in the Australian state of Queensland and attracts a large number of tourists every year. Its tourism industry is central to its economy much of which thrives because of the city’s climate, surfing beaches, majestic skyline, and trippy nightlife. Also, the city serves as the operating ground of the country’s major film industry which adds to its overall attractiveness.
