4 Canadian Universities Listed Among World’s Top 100, Toronto, British Columbia, McGill and McMaster Tops
The University of Toronto has once again been recognized as not just one of Canada’s, but one of the world’s highest-ranking universities. The institution recently ranked number 1 in Canada and 23rd in the world by the ShanghaiRanking Consultancy.
Other Canadian universities to crack the top 100 include the University of British Columbia (43rd), McGill University (70th), and McMaster University (86th). More than 1,200 Institutions are taken into consideration for the rankings every year, with only the top 500 being published.
