Best British Universities For 2019: The 18 UK Institutions Were Included In The Top 100

Not all the universities in the United Kingdom made the top 100; however, here are all 18 British institutions which were included in the top 100. Last year, only 16 had this honour. Amazingly, four British institutions are ranked in the top ten universities in the world for 2019. The top-rated British institution in the list is the University of Oxford.

Oxford comes in one places higher than in 2018, finishing at number five, according to the QS ranking. Finishing second in the United Kingdom and 6th overall is the University of Cambridge, followed by Imperial College London, the University College London, and the University of Edinburgh.

The last university in the United Kingdom to place in the top 100 on the 2019 ranking is the University of St Andrews.
