NOVA Chemicals Makes Major Changes in the Leadership Team
NOVA Chemicals Corporation has announced the appointment of Eric Brenner as its new CFO this week. Brenner, who has been with the company since 2017, has been serving as the acting CFO since May 2022, according to a press release.
Additionally, NOVA Chemicals has appointed Rocky Vermani as its Senior Vice President of Innovation and Sustainability and Robert Vislosky as its new Chief Officer of Supply Chain and Procurement. Vermani has been with the company for nearly three decades, while Vislosky is returning to NOVA after a previous stint that ended in 2003.
Commenting on these changes, Roger Kearns, NOVA’s President and CEO, stated, “After a thorough search, it’s clear that Eric is the right CFO to lead NOVA through this next phase of growth for NOVA and we are delighted to welcome Rob back to NOVA. He is a seasoned executive well equipped to lead the supply chain and procurement organization and drive success for the company. Rocky’s new portfolio underscores the importance innovation will have in achieving our sustainability ambitions. I look forward to working with our management team as NOVA drives toward a low-carbon, zero-plastic waste future.”
