Causeway Technologies Appoints Paul Devlin as CEO, Founder Phil Brown Transitions to Executive Chairman

Causeway Technologies, a UK-based construction software company, has announced the promotion of Chief Operating Officer Paul Devlin to Chief Executive Officer. Devlin succeeds Phil Brown, the company’s founder, who has taken on the role of Executive Chairman.

In his new position, Brown will provide strategic support to Devlin and the leadership team, focusing on advancing the company’s vision and its flagship initiative, CausewayOne. This cloud platform is designed to drive digital transformation and create a fully connected construction industry.

Brown expressed confidence in Devlin’s leadership, citing his proven ability to build high-performing teams and scale operations globally. Brown emphasized his own commitment to engaging with companies and individuals leading the industry’s digital revolution as part of his Executive Chairman responsibilities.

As CEO, Devlin will oversee Causeway’s senior leadership and manage the day-to-day operations of a workforce of over 500 employees, serving more than 3,000 customers worldwide. Under his leadership, the company aims to continue its growth trajectory and expand its impact within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
