Andrey Melnichenko, the former beneficiary of Eurochem and SUEK, who stepped down as a co-owner after being sanctioned by the EU in March 2022, ranked sixth. His fortune grew by $1.47 billion, reaching $20.3 billion. Mikhail Prokhorov of Onexim Group followed in seventh place, with his wealth rising by $2.68 billion to $18.4 billion. Mikhail Fridman, founder of Alfa Group, came in eighth, with a net worth of $15 billion after gaining $2.66 billion.
