Rolls-Royce Opens Exclusive ‘Private Office’ in New York for Bespoke Luxury Car Orders
Rolls-Royce has raised the bar with a super exclusive setting for its North American clientele. Earlier this month, the British automaker unveiled its new ‘Private Office’ in New York City’s Meatpacking District. Housed in a luxurious 6,000-square-foot apartment complete with a terrace, the New York location joins other Private Offices in Shanghai and Dubai. Rolls-Royce explained that the opening of this new space reflects the growing demand for personalized options from its clients.
Customers can book an appointment at the New York Private Office, where they will be guided by a US-based designer and a specialist client experience manager. These experts will collaborate closely with clients, offering a selection of custom fabrics, paints, leathers, and textiles to bring their dream vehicles to life.
North America is a crucial market for Rolls-Royce’s bespoke services, with approximately one-third of its revenue in the region coming from custom options. In fact, one in three Rolls-Royces sold in North America features bespoke elements. Prior to the opening of Private Offices in New York, Shanghai, and Dubai, clients seeking the most exclusive level of customization had to travel to Rolls-Royce’s headquarters in Goodwood, England. A fifth Private Office is set to open in Seoul by the end of this year.
Rolls-Royce CEO Chris Brownridge described the New York Private Office as a pivotal development for the brand in the Americas. He noted that the investment reflects the increasing engagement from North American clients, who continually push the brand’s designers to create even more innovative and ambitious commissions.
