SCB Julius Baer Appoints Adrian Mazenauer as Deputy CEO Amid Leadership Changes
SCB Julius Baer has announced the appointment of Adrian Mazenauer as Deputy Chief Executive Officer as part of its recent management restructuring. Mazenauer, who has been with the joint venture between Swiss bank Julius Baer and Siam Commercial Bank since 2018, will continue in his role as head of wealth management while stepping into his expanded responsibilities.
Mazenauer will work closely with CEO Peerapong Jirasevijinda, who assumed the role in April after moving from BBL Asset Management. Jirasevijinda succeeded Lalitphat Toranavikrai, who remains a member of the board of directors.
Recognized as one of the Top 25 ASEAN Selectors by Citywire Asia this year, Mazenauer brings over 25 years of experience in investment and finance to his new role. Jirasevijinda emphasized that Mazenauer’s expertise will be pivotal in the bank’s efforts to deliver customized investment solutions for high-net-worth clients in Thailand.
