Hotel Equities (HE) has announced the promotion of Eric McCarthy-Zink to Chief Financial Officer. McCarthy-Zink joined HE in 2021 as part of the company’s strategic partnership with The Hotel Group. Recognizing his early potential, HE quickly promoted him to oversee hotel accounting for the enterprise. His leadership and expertise have been pivotal to the organization’s financial health and strategic direction.

His experience includes roles with large hospitality companies such as Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham Worldwide, and Walt Disney World Resorts.
McCarthy-Zink holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from West Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Hospitality Finance Professional (CHAE) through the Hospitality Finance and Technical Professionals organization, showcasing his dedication to professional development and expertise in financial management.
