Radical Success Metrics: Hounder Digital Design and Development Measure Wins Solely by Client Success

Hounder

Different businesses have various methods of measuring their success in the business industry. Usually, companies measure their success through employee satisfaction, business goals, and achieving key performance indicators that the company itself sets. Whereas Hounder, a digital design, development, and marketing agency, measures its success by the success of its clients. Joshua Northcott, the CTO and co-founder of Hounder, along with Justin Hough, say, “Each of our projects is rooted in strong bonds with our partners that last even after delivery.”

Here are some of the projects that Joshua and his team have worked on. All these projects were successful, and each partner client significantly scaled their business activities after Hounder’s intervention.

UL Solutions

UL Solutions is a world leader in applied safety science and certification, helping designers, engineers, and manufacturers bring their products to market in an efficient and trusted manner. But with such a large impact comes an even larger web presence, and in turn thousands of webpages in need of content clean up. UL Solutions needed site-wide search engine optimization to more effectively funnel site visitors to the information they need to build a safer world.

Hounder’s marketing team addressed 1522 site keywords across 1113 web pages and 13 industry verticals. In other words, a full SEO treatment that led to 904 UL pages found on the first page of search engine results, with 498 pages ranking in the top three.

Cradle to Career Roadmap (San Bernardino County)

C2C was the initiative San Bernardino County took to provide children with a proper roadmap toward sustainable and successful careers. The challenge here was to create a web experience accessible to parents and students with enough resources to guide them toward the right decision even after graduation.

Joshua and his team at Hounder meticulously designed a unique experience –  a custom-made platform for Cradle to Career to attract high schoolers and other kids of the bracketed graduation age. This platform provided user accounts, resources, content permissions, publishing workflows, and a built-in content management system.

HireSpot Staffing

HireSpot Staffing is a local Redlands recruitment company. They wished to be the most reliable source for talented people and wanted to offer more to the market with an appealing online presence. In addition, HireSpot also wanted a reliable SEO mechanism to start their lead generation efforts, through which they could find specifically talented people all over North America.

Hounder provided HireSpot with a clean palette and an easily browsable website, making it more accessible for people looking for jobs. In the end, Hounder provided HireSpot with a clean and aesthetically pleasing website which showcased their expertise and made their services readily available to job-seeking individuals.
