Charting New Territories as Shiseido Appoints Alberto Noe as EMEA CEO
Shiseido announces Alberto Noe as the new CEO for the EMEA region, effective immediately, marking a swift transition in leadership. Noe steps into this role, succeeding Franck Marilly, who assumes the position of EMEA Chairman, tasked with orchestrating and supervising the Board of Directors’ activities.
Noe’s journey with the J-beauty giant began in 2013 when he joined as Country Manager Italy, transitioning from L’Oreal. His ascent within the organization saw him appointed as Chief Business Officer of EMEA in 2019, followed by assuming the role of Deputy Managing Director of EMEA in 2023.
While Shiseido’s press release on the personnel change was succinct, it is evident that Noe’s elevation to the role stems from his extensive experience as a member of the Executive Committee. His strategic prowess and leadership acumen position him well to steer Shiseido’s EMEA operations toward continued success and growth in the dynamic beauty industry landscape.
