Dean Butler Appointed SVP and CFO of Silicon Labs

Dean Butler brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Silicon Labs, with a distinguished career spanning various financial leadership roles within the semiconductor industry. Most recently, Butler served as Senior Vice President and CFO at Synaptics Incorporated. His prior engagements include notable tenures at Marvell Technology, Inc. and Broadcom, Inc., where he orchestrated strategic initiatives and led finance organizations through periods of rapid growth and innovation.
Beginning his career at Wells Fargo and Maxim Integrated, Butler’s journey has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a keen strategic acumen. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Minnesota Duluth and is a graduate of Stanford University’s esteemed Strategic Financial Leadership Program. Additionally, Butler serves on the Board of Directors of Pixelworks, further underscoring his industry influence and leadership prowess.
