Anastasis Stamoulis is Elevated to Coca-Cola HBC CFO

Coca-Cola HBC, a leading bottling company, has appointed seasoned company veteran Anastasis Stamoulis as its Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Ben Almanzar, who will step down from the role in the second quarter of 2024. The decision for Almanzar’s departure was announced by Coca-Cola HBC in January, citing his transition to a new opportunity in North America.

Stamoulis, with 16 years of dedicated service to the Switzerland-based company, will assume his new role on May 1st, as stated in an official announcement. In his new capacity, Stamoulis will be headquartered at Coca-Cola HBC’s Zug, Switzerland office, where he will oversee the company’s finance division with overarching responsibility for accounting, treasury, financial planning, tax, and investor relations.

Anastasis Stamoulis brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having held several senior financial positions within Coca-Cola HBC, including CFO in various operational segments, group financial controller, and head of strategic finance and FP&A. Before joining Coca-Cola HBC, Stamoulis spent seven years in senior financial roles within the automotive industry.

Stamoulis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. He is also recognized as an FCMA CGMA Fellow.

With Coca-Cola holding more than a 20% stake in the company, Coca-Cola HBC is scheduled to unveil its annual results on February 14th.
