As of February 2, 2024, Mukesh Ambani was the wealthiest person in India, with an estimated net worth of 111.2 billion U.S. dollars, followed by Gautam Adani (No. 2, $79.8 billion), Shiv Nadar (No. 3, $35.5 billion) and Savitri Jindal (No. 4, $29.2 billion)

Cyrus Poonawalla is the fifth-richest person in India, with a whopping $25.2 billion. Dilip Shanghvi ranked 6th with a personal wealth of $23.6 billion, followed by Kumar Birla with $19.8 billion, and Kushal Pal Singh is placed 8th with a net worth of $18.2 billion. Lakshmi Mittal ($17.0 billion) occupied the 9th position among the top 10 wealthiest people in India.
