Strategi Appointment of Aditya Pande in the Role of InterGlobe Enterprises CFO

InterGlobe Enterprises, the parent company of IndiGo, has announced the appointment of Aditya Pande as its Group Chief Executive Officer, effective from March 1, 2024. In this role, Pande will be responsible for setting InterGlobe’s strategic agenda and overseeing the company’s various line businesses and corporate staff functions, excluding IndiGo.

With over 25 years of professional experience, Pande will report to Rahul Bhatia, the CEO of InterGlobe Enterprises. All existing direct reports will, in turn, report to Aditya Pande.

InterGlobe described this appointment as a strategic move to strengthen its leadership team as the company pursues ambitious and diversified global plans.

Aditya Pande brings a wealth of experience, having previously served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at B2B e-commerce startup Udaan for three years before joining InterGlobe. Prior to his role at Udaan, he worked with notable companies such as IndiGo, General Electric, and Arthur Andersen.
