Ithaca Energy Searches for a CEO to Replace Alan Bruce
On Friday, Ithaca Energy, the North Sea oil and gas producer, announced that Chief Executive Officer Alan Bruce has resigned immediately “to pursue new opportunities.”
Bruce successfully guided the company through its IPO and initial year as a publicly listed entity. The board will initiate a formal search process to appoint a new CEO promptly.
In the interim, Chief Financial Officer Iain Lewis will assume Bruce’s responsibilities in addition to his own, the company stated.
