As of December 29, 2023, Zhong Shanshan was the wealthiest person in China, with an estimated net worth of 67.1 billion U.S. dollars, followed by  Colin Zheng Huang (No. 2, $51.2 billion), Zhang Yiming (No. 3, $43.4 billion); and Ma Huateng (No. 4, $32.3 billion).

William Ding is the fifth-richest person in China, with a whopping $28.7 billion. Jack Ma ranked 6th with a personal wealth of $24.9 billion, followed by He Xiangjian with $22.2 billion. Qin Yinglin is placed 8th with a net worth of $16.4 billion. Eric Li ($15.8 billion) occupied the 9th position among the top 10 wealthiest people in China.
