Wealthiest People in South Korea (December 28, 2023)

As of December 28, 2023, Jay Y. Lee was the wealthiest person in South Korea, with an estimated net worth of 9.9 billion U.S. dollars, followed by Hong Ra-hee  (No. 2, $6.2 billion), Kwon Hyuk-bin (No. 3, $5.2 billion); and Kim Beom-su (No. 4, $4.8 billion).

Cho Jung-ho is the fifth-richest person in South Korea, with a whopping $4.6 billion. Mong-Koo Chung ranked 6th with a personal wealth of $4.4 billion, followed by Lee Boo-jin with $4.1 billion. Seo Jung-jin is placed 8th with a net worth of $4.1 billion. Lee Seo-hyun ($3.7 billion) occupied the 9th position among the top 10 wealthiest people in South Korea.
