1st Capital Bancorp (OTCQX: FISB), the holding company of 1st Capital Bank, has announced the appointment of Joel Keller as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Samuel Jimenez, the Chief Executive Officer, revealed today that Joel Keller has been named as the CFO for both 1st Capital Bancorp and 1st Capital Bank. In this role, Mr. Keller will join the executive leadership team, oversee the finance and accounting functions of the bank, and report directly to Samuel Jimenez.
With 30 years of strategic leadership in finance, Mr. Keller previously served as Senior Vice President and CFO at Liberty Bank in Washington state. His contributions included pivotal roles in establishing the bank’s holding company, issuing subordinated debt, and initiating trading on OTCQX Best Markets. Keller holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Whitman College and a Master of Science in Finance from Seattle University.
