Xin Fu is the new CFO of InnoCare Pharma

InnoCare Pharma (HKEX: 09969; SSE: 688428) has announced the appointment of Mr. Xin Fu as the Chief Financial Officer CFO. Reporting to Dr. Jasmine Cui, Co-founder, Chairwoman, and CEO of InnoCare Pharma, Mr. Fu’s role involves overseeing the Company’s growth strategy, financial management, investment & financing activities, and investor relations management.

The biopharmaceutical company addresses unmet medical needs in China and globally, operating across branches in Beijing, Nanjing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and the United States.

With a background encompassing over 20 years of financial management expertise, including 15 years within the healthcare industry, Mr. Fu comes to InnoCare from his previous role as the CFO at JW Therapeutics. He contributed to the company’s IPO on the HKSE and contributed significantly to strategic planning, investment, and financing activities. Prior to JW Therapeutics, Mr. Fu held various leadership roles at Pfizer China, where he served as CFO and CCO. His accomplishments there involved overseeing financial team operations, facilitating company growth, leading major projects such as restructuring and acquisitions, devising long-term strategic plans, and implementing comprehensive systems for budget control and tax management.

Mr. Fu is a graduate of Fudan University with a major in accounting and holds a U.S. Certified Management Accountant (CMA) qualification.

Dr. Cui expressed enthusiasm for Mr. Fu’s arrival, while Mr. Fu expressed his honor in joining InnoCare, emphasizing his commitment to contributing to the company’s growth phase and leveraging its strong innovation and pipeline capabilities.
