As of December 08, 2023, Rafaela Aponte-Diamant  was the wealthiest person in Switzerland, with an estimated net worth of 27.5 billion U.S. dollars, followed by Gianluigi Aponte (No. 2, $27.5 billion), Ernesto Bertarelli (No. 3, $9.5 billion); and Ivan Glasenberg (No. 4, $8.9 billion).

Guillaume Pousaz is the fifth-richest person in Switzerland, with a whopping $7.2 billion.  Magdalena Martullo-Blocher ranked 6th with a personal wealth of $6.6 billion, followed by Rahel Blocher with $6.6 billion. Thomas Schmidheiny is placed 8th with a net worth of $6.4 billion. Rudolf Maag ($5.4 billion) occupied the 9th position among the top 10 wealthiest people in Switzerland.
