Greg Gittens Named Modere CFO
Modere has announced the appointment of Greg Gittens as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Bringing more than 25 years of experience in financial strategy and operations management, Mr. Gittens will collaborate closely with the senior executive team to drive growth and enhance gross margins.
Expressing his enthusiasm about joining Modere, Mr. Gittens said, “I am honored to join the talented Modere team at such an exciting time for the Company.” He highlighted Modere’s strategic priorities, key talent additions to its leadership team, and its well-positioned status to capitalize on new growth opportunities globally. Before joining Modere, Mr. Gittens served as a Partner at Emil Capital Partners since 2022, providing senior advisory services on financial strategies and business initiatives, contributing to profitable financial results across the company’s diverse portfolio. His expertise spans both domestic and international health, beauty, and wellness consumer product markets.
Prior to his role at Emil Capital Partners, Mr. Gittens served as CFO for Stila Cosmetics, LLC, where he offered financial leadership and directed the company’s long-range strategic and financial operating plan. This included initiatives such as driving product innovation, expanding into new markets, and securing long-term sales contracts. His career history also includes leadership roles at Estee Lauder Companies, Origin Brands, and the Ralph Lauren Corporation, where he earned a reputation as a strong, hands-on organizational leader known for exceptional collaboration and visionary use of technology to enhance management decision-making.
