Female Entrances for Leadership Roles in Platform.sh
Platform.sh has announced key appointments to its executive team. Caroline Leroy has been appointed Chief People Officer, bringing with her extensive experience in HR and CPO roles within financial services, retail technology, and healthcare, including roles at Mastercard and PayFit. In her role as Chief People Officer, Leroy will focus on enhancing Platform.sh’s strong organizational culture and ensuring the manifestation of its values throughout the entire business.
Caroline Bec Cox, with a background in science and finance, has been named Chief Financial Officer. She has prior experience from an investment banking boutique, RBC Capital Markets, and served as CFO at Omnidian, a cleantech startup. As CFO at Platform.sh, Bec Cox will be responsible for maintaining the company’s financial stability and overseeing sustainable growth following its successful Series D funding round.
Fred Plais, co-founder and CEO at Platform.sh, welcomed the new appointments, stating that as Platform.sh enters a new chapter, having the right team in place is crucial. He expressed confidence in Leroy and Bec Cox, citing their experience and knowledge as valuable assets as the company prepares for its next phase of growth.
