As of October 27, 2023, Gianluigi Aponte was the wealthiest person in Switzerland, with an estimated net worth of 26.9 billion U.S. dollars, followed by Rafaela Aponte- Diamant (No. 2, $26.9 billion), Ernesto Bertarelli (No. 3, $9.4 billion); and Ivan Glasenberg (No. 4, $8.5 billion).

Guillaume Pousaz is the fifth-richest person in Switzerland, with a whopping $7.2 billion. Magdalena Martullo-Blocher ranked 6th with a personal wealth of $6.1 billion, followed by Rahel Blocher with $6.1 billion. Thomas Schmidheiny is placed 8th with a net worth of ($5.7 billion).  Dona Bertarelli ($5.0 billion) occupied the 9th position among the top 10 wealthiest people in Switzerland.
